Whether you are out to enjoy a relaxing day's shooting or competing in competition Carnview has a lot to offer everyone.
Carnview Farms C.T.S.C. was established by farmer and shooting enthusiast James McKeown in 1996 with just one layout accommodating the discipline of National Skeet and since then has went from strength to strength, with a second layout and a new fully heated clubhouse being added on in March of 2002. A further third and fourth layouts were added in July of 2003 with the addition of futher disciplines such as Olympic Skeet and Compac Sporting. To date Carnview has the perfect setup for most disciplines including National Skeet, Olympic Skeet, Down the Line, Automatic Ball Trap, Compac Sporting and Olympic Trench (see Facilities Page for further details).
We also cater for stag and hen parties, corporate entertainment, and team building days all of which are highly enjoyed by those participating and we have the facility to shoot in the dark winter evenings under fully floodlit settings.
This year (2012), in August we are looking foward to hosting the National Skeet and Olympic Trap home counties internationals on behalf of the Ulster Clay Pigeon Shooting Association. We would like to welcome the international teams such as Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Rep of Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We look foward to seeing you all here for what, on our part, will be a very honourable and momentous events to host once again.
